Admissions & Social Services Leadership

June Porter brings nine years of long-term care experience with leadership expertise across Social Services and Admissions. Her work combines resident-centered care, census development, regulatory compliance, and facility operations, giving her a practical understanding of both the human and business sides of long-term care.

Throughout her career, June has led admissions and social services operations, supported census development, evaluated complex referrals, coordinated discharge planning, and strengthened psychosocial systems and documentation. Her experience includes PASRR, behavioral health coordination, resident advocacy, care planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and survey readiness.

At Elevara Advisory, June brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to helping long-term care organizations strengthen admissions and social services, improve regulatory readiness, identify operational gaps, and build sustainable systems that support both residents and organizational performance.

Edward Egbe, NHA, RN

Administration & Operational Leadership

Edward Egbe is a respected long-term care leader recognized for his clinical and operational expertise. His background as both a Registered Nurse and Nursing Home Administrator gives him a strong understanding of resident care, regulatory expectations, facility operations, and financial performance.

Throughout his career, Edward has led long-term care communities through operational challenges, strengthened quality outcomes, and supported facilities in achieving strong quality measures while maintaining financial sustainability. His leadership and accomplishments have also earned professional recognition within the long-term care industry.

Edward brings a practical, results-focused approach to Elevara Advisory. He understands that successful facilities must balance quality care, regulatory compliance, strong operations, and financial performance, and he helps organizations build systems that support all four.

Innocent Ebong, DON, RN

Clinical Operations & Nursing Leadership

Innocent Ebong, DON, RN, brings 20 years of nursing experience, including 15 years of leadership as a Director of Nursing in long-term care. His expertise includes clinical operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, quality improvement, and the delivery of safe, person-centered care.

Innocent has extensive experience preparing long-term care organizations for state and federal surveys, conducting internal audits, identifying regulatory risks, monitoring quality measures, and developing and implementing plans of correction. His approach emphasizes continuous survey readiness, strong clinical systems, and preventing recurrence rather than simply correcting deficiencies.

Combining clinical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and operational leadership, Innocent is committed to strengthening healthcare teams, improving resident outcomes, and ensuring residents receive safe, dignified, and compassionate care.
